Copy the file \TELLERT\SICOLOG\CONFIG.TSF
Copy the file \TELLERT\SICOLOG\CONFIG.TSF from the newly created SICOLOG USB stick (which is already configured the same as the corrupted measurement) onto the corrupted USB stick.
