USBSER (as of August 30, 2017)

The USB cable USBSER/B719K5 or USBSER/B719S3 provides the PC with a virtual 
COM port. Windows announces a connection with the USB cable that a device of 
type FT232R USB UART has been connected and (possibly) requires a device driver.

"Win10, Win8.1, Win8, Win7\CDM21228_Setup.exe" is an automatic 
FT232R device driver installer for Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8 or 
Windows 7. Alternatively, the FT232R device driver for Windows 10, Windows 8.1, 
Windows 8 or Windows 7 is stored in the subfolder 
"Win10, Win8.1, Win8, Win7\CDM v2.12.28 WHQL Certified".

"WinVista, WinXP\CDM v2.10.00 WHQL Certified.exe" is an automatic FT232R device 
driver installer for Windows Vista or Windows XP. Alternatively, the FT232R 
device driver for Windows Vista or Windows XP is stored in the subfolder 
"WinVista, WinXP\CDM v2.10.00 WHQL Certified".

"Win2000\CDM20600.exe" is an automatic FT232R device driver installer for 
Windows 2000. Alternatively, the FT232R device driver for Windows 2000 is stored 
in the subfolder "Win2000\CDM 2.06.00 WHQL Certified".

The FT232R device driver for Windows ME and Windows 98 is stored in the 
subfolder "WinMe, Win98"
